The beach and water views are especially nice from the sunroom, dining/kitchen area, master bedroom and, of course, from the fantastic beachside deck. Our house is very close to the beach with a private path leading thru the dunes onto the beach. This 'beach cottage' has an open floor plan with heart pine floors throughout and a large fireplace made of old Charleston brick to add plenty of character. The master bedroom has a queen as well as a full size pull-out sofa bed, one bedroom has a queen along with two bunk beds (great for kids), and the third bedroom has a queen. The house is located on a great stretch of beach that is uncrowded & quiet.

Walk another block down and you will be at Ocean Blvd. and right across from our beautiful family beaches of Isle of Palms. Had a little too much fun and just want to stay home and relax? Enjoy the panoramic views and salty sea breezes from the rooftop patio. With several world renowned golf courses to pick from you are sure to find a tee time that fits your schedule and budget. If you need a little extra R&R there is the Island Spa Retreat for massage and facials - and it's right next door. If you have small children you can rinse off their sand at the outdoor shower and then you can relax next to the small backyard pool while they swim and float around in the pool to cool off and wear out that last bit of energy- ensuring they are ready for bed! The pool can be heated in the colder seasons if you decide to purchase pool gas. The home has modern and comfortable decor, new carpet and freshly painted in 2018.
